About this game

This game is based on my time at Cloudflare. I joined in 2018 as the only EMEA recruiter, pre-IPO, and spent 8 years building the recruiting team as well as increasing the representation of women in EMEA management from 13% to 29%. Last year, my team of 12 made 600 hires across GTM, R&D and G&A.
